Marketplace Around Malete

Before you use InMalete, please read and accept these Terms & Conditions. They explain the rules for using the marketplace and our role in transactions.

1. Marketplace role

InMalete provides a platform for buyers and sellers to discover listings and communicate. InMalete is not the seller, buyer, owner or agent for items listed by users and does not guarantee the quality, authenticity, legality, availability or condition of any item.

2. Buying and selling

• Users must provide truthful and accurate listing and account information.
• Sellers are responsible for their products, prices, descriptions, delivery arrangements and compliance with applicable laws.
• Buyers are responsible for checking an item and the seller before paying or collecting it.
• Do not pay a seller solely because a message, screenshot or payment instruction appears in an InMalete or WhatsApp conversation.

3. Safety and scams

Never share passwords, OTPs, PINs, card details or other sensitive credentials. Be cautious of requests to transfer money to unfamiliar accounts. If something looks suspicious, stop the transaction and report the listing or user to InMalete.

4. Prohibited use

You must not use InMalete for fraud, impersonation, scams, harassment, illegal goods or services, stolen goods, abusive content, spam, manipulation of listings, or attempts to bypass our security or payment systems.

5. Chat and WhatsApp

InMalete chat is provided to help users communicate about listings. WhatsApp is an external service controlled by WhatsApp/Meta. Messages or transactions that continue outside InMalete are between the users and are not controlled by InMalete.

6. Payments and promotions

Where InMalete offers paid promotional features, payment processing is handled through the stated payment provider. Promotional placement does not mean that InMalete guarantees the seller, product or transaction.

7. Accounts and access

Keep your account secure and do not allow others to use it in a way that violates these terms. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform or comply with the law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms & Conditions as InMalete develops. When material changes are made, we may require users to accept the updated terms before continuing to use the service.

9. Contact and reports

If you encounter a suspicious listing, scam, abusive user or security issue, contact InMalete through the available support/reporting channels.
